Robin Dartt, Tell City Mark Madden, Dickson, Tennessee 2 grandchildren - Victor Lee Velasquez and Oscar Lee Applegate 2 great grandchildren Funeral service will be at 12:00 PM Saturday, September 18, 2010 at Huber Funeral Home Tell City Chapel with burial in Lilly Dale Cemetery. Rev. Harry McDonald will officiate. Friends may visit from 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
