Derby, Indiana Todd Holmes, Evansville, Indiana A sister: Helen Boling, Hawesville, Kentucky A brother: Doug Mathena, Rome, Indiana Nine grandchildren: Alexandra, Madeline, Marlene, & Riley Holmes, Whitney & Ramsey Wright, Ariel, Justice, and John James Jr. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM EST Tuesday December 21, 2004 at Huber Funeral Home-Tell City Chapel with burial in Badger Cemetery at Derby. Rev. Lee Brown will officiate. Visitation will be from 3:00 to 8:00 PM Monday and from 9:00 to 11:00 AM Tuesday at Huber Funeral Home-Tell City Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Messages of condolence may be sent online at www.huberfuneralhome.net
