Brenda Wead

Grandview, Indiana Brenda Wead, 58, passed away Friday, January 6, 2012 at Deaconess Gateway. She was born July 6, 1953 in Cincinnati, daughter of the late Marcus and Lizzie (West) Moore. Also preceding her in death were a grandson Gary Don Wead Jr., brothers, J.R., Jimmy and Martin Moore and a sister Patty Stepro. A homemaker, she enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren. She is survived by a daughter; Stephanie Schaefer, Grandview; son, Gary Wead, Grandview; sister, Virginia Wheatley, Huntingburg; brothers, Larry Moore, Dixon, MO, Roy Moore, Evansville, and Gary Moore, Grandview; 3 grandchildren, Allan and Zachary Wead and Devon Schaefer. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Monday, January 9, 2012 at Huber Funeral Home with burial in Grandview Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 until 7:00 PM on Sunday and from noon until service time Monday. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
