Charles Jasper

Tell City, Indiana - Charles W. "Charlie" Jasper, 76, passed away on July 26, 2023 at his home. He was born in Cannelton, Indiana on September 2, 1946 to Noble and Juanita "Josie" (Bolin) Jasper. Charlie was united in marriage to Emma Jean (Powers) at St. John's United Church of Christ in Cannelton. He retired as a supervisor from Schwab Safe Company, formerly in Cannelton, after 43 years. Charlie enjoyed fishing and hunting. Surviving is his wife of 45 years, Emma Jean Jasper, Tell City; son, Jason Jasper (Tara), Huntingburg; step children, Bruce House (Niaome), Burlington, KY and Dana Hurt (Randall), Henderson, KY; step daughter-in-law, Marsha House, Lewisport, KY; grandchildren, Brylie Jasper, Brandon House, Nathan House (Emily), Daniel House and Sarah Phillips (Derek) and six great grandchildren. Preceding him in death were his parents and step son, Danny House. Services will be private. Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
