Deborah Jones

Troy, Indiana - Deborah M. Jones, 90, passed away at 9:25 AM on Tuesday, January 6, 2009, at Deaconess Hospice Care Center in Evansville, Indiana. She was born in Perry County, Indiana, on February 20, 1918. Her parents were the late Orla and Juda (Hicks) DeVillez. She married Herbert Jones on May 10, 1941, at Troy Christian Church where they are still members. A former member of Bristow Homemakers Club, Deborah enjoyed the company of her family and gardening, especially with flowers. Surviving: Husband of 67 years - Herbert Jones Daughers - Elaine Jones and Ellen Haire A Son - Art Jones Two grandchildren - Adam and Kim Haire Private funeral services were held at 12:00 PM (Noon) on Friday, January 09, 2009, at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel, with burial in Bristow City Cemetery.
