He was born January 19, 1978 in Evansville, Indiana. He is the son of Dennis W. Smith and Patricia (DeWeese) Caldemeyer. Brianna Rice, Chicago, Illinois David Lawson, Evansville, Indiana Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM on Monday, March 10, 2008, at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until service time on Monday at the funeral home. Pastor Paul Alvey will officiate.
