Frances Felton

Newtonville, Indiana - Frances E. Felton, 78, passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2013, at the home of her daughter in Newtonville. She was born in Missoula, Montana, on August 12, 1934, daughter of French and Lorena (Krantz) Grubb. Also preceding her in death was her husband, Paul Felton, on March 13, 1976. Frances retired as a customer service representative for American Express. She had also been a substitute teacher and enjoyed reading. Surviving are her children, LuAnne Williams (Dan) of Newtonville, Lori Bass (David) of Nashville, Tennessee and Bradley Felton of Whitesville, Kentucky; a sister, Donna Tovar, Yuma, Arizona and seven grandchildren. There will be no funeral services at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel. Burial will take place at a later date in Phoenix, Arizona.
