Tell City, Indiana Jacob Samuel Moore, infant son of Darrell and Amanda (Smitson) Moore, was stillborn Tuesday November 4, 2003 at St. Joseph Hospital in Huntingburg, Indiana. Grandparents are John and Robin (Spurlock) Smitson and Terry (Amos) Moore and the late James Samuel Moore. Graveside services will be 3:00 PM EST Friday November 7, 2003 at Greenwood Cemetery in Tell City. Pastor Ralph Clark will officiate. There will be no visitation at Huber Funeral Home-Tell City Chapel. Remembrances will be made online at www.huberfuneralhome.net
