Jerry Roesch

Cannelton, Indiana Jerry L. Roesch, III, 45, passed away on August 4, 2021 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born in Chicago, Illinois on November 2, 1975 and was a 1994 graduate of Cannelton High School. Jerry enjoyed shooting pool, playing poker and was a fan of the Chicago Bears. Survivors include, his wife, Shelly (Allgood) Roesch, Maceo, KY; sons, Jacob Roesch, Tell City, Ed and Travis Dukes, Cannelton and Joe Dukes, Tell City; his parents, Rose Moore (Denny), Cannelton, the late Gordon Alvey and Jerry Roesch, Jr., Torrington, Wyoming; twin brother, Gary L. Roesch, Cannelton; sisters, Christie Alvey (Ty Pennix), Newport News, Virginia, Theresa Lain (Caleb), Tell City and Amanda, Danielle and Samantha Roesch, all of Torrington, Wyoming; father-in-law, Allen Allgood, Owensboro, Kentucky and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Jerry is preceded in death by a sister, Erin Roesch. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM CDT on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Huber Funeral Home, Cannelton Chapel. Burial will follow in St. Michael Church Cemetery, Cannelton. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Jacob Roesch Education Fund. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
