Julia Barker

Tell City, Indiana Julia M. Barker, 94, passed away January 21, 2019. She was born in Brinkley, Arkansas November 8, 1924, daughter of the late William and Maude (Miley) Huff. Also receding her in death was her husband William Barker, daughter, Patricia Ryan, siblings, James William Huff, Jesse Huff, Frances Freeman, Flora Huff and Shirley Smith. Julia was a 1942 graduate of Tell City High School. She was a secretary at ABFS Freight Line for 27 years. Julia was a member of Troy Christian Church and Christian Women's Fellowship. She did volunteer work at Perry County Memorial Hospital and the church. Julia enjoyed cross stitch and crocheting. She is survived by her sons, Philip Marshall (Cindy), Lititz, Pennsylvania and Stephen Marshall, Indianapolis, Indiana. Funeral services will be private. Huber Funeral Home is handling her arrangements.
