Kaizen’s family includes his parents, Samanatha Cancel and Joshua Collins, Sr.; grandmothers, Shannon Jackson (Jason) and Nettie Perez-Gonzales and brothers and sisters, Joshua Collins, Jr., Abell Collins, Emily Collins, Ski’ Marie Joachim and Anastasia Collins. His grandfather, Johnny Cancel preceded him in death.
Huber Funeral Home is assisting Kaizen’s family with his unexpected death.
