Keith Emerson

Tell City, Indiana –

Keith D. Emerson, 54, formerly of Perry County, passed away on December 15, 2023, in St. Augustine, Florida.

He was born in Orlando, Florida, son of Vicky A. Boothe and Russell Gene Cox and later adopted by Bobby G. and Jewel D. Emerson, all of whom have since passed away. He was also preceded in death by his son, Danny, in infancy.

Keith was an avid fisherman, enjoyed gardening, traveling, sports and love to tinker with C.B. and Ham Radio.

Surviving is his wife, Mary Emerson, of St. Augustine, Florida; children, Rick Emerson (Amanda) of Tell City, Bobby Emerson (Lillie) of Tell City, Marie Emerson of Owensboro, Kentucky and Amanda Emerson of Tell City; nine grandchildren and a brother, Brian Emerson (Terrica) of Muhlenberg County, Kentucky.

A Celebration of Life will be planned by his family.
