Kena Kress

Kena L. Kress, Sunrise 1954-Sunset 2026

Kena was the daughter of Edward and Dena (Petrie) Kress, who precede her in death. She was a 1972 graduate of Tell City High School.

Kena took pride in her independence and was always self-sufficient, however she was eager to lend a hand to anyone who needed help. She had a youthful spirit that made her time spent with her grandsons, something she would often look forward to. Kena loved to dance, especially line dancing, trips to the beach and Sunday visits with family.

Surviving is her daughter, Nikita Taul; grandsons, Abel Jackson Taul and Connor Murphy Keith Taul; brothers, Kevin Kress (Lori) and Kip Kress (Naomi).

Preceding her in death were her parents and son-in-law, Jared Taul.

Kena’s request was that her funeral services be private. Huber Funeral Home is assisting her family with arrangements.
