Leeta Aubrey

Leeta K. Aubrey, 73, passed away on November 18, 2025, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital.

She was born on December 7, 1951, daughter of Roy and Mildred (Smith) Minnis, who precede her in death.

On August 19, 1972, in Milpitas, California, Leeta married Randall Aubrey. Together they owned Randy Aubrey Dodge, formerly in Cannelton from 1983-2006 and she continued to work at Aubrey Automotive.

Leeta looked forward to spending time with her three children and seven grandchildren, who she loved dearly. She enjoyed playing cards, visiting casino boats, watching movies, playing games online, shopping online and dancing.

Surviving is her husband of 53 years, Randall Aubrey; children, Ryun Aubrey (Brandy), Kyle Aubrey (Stephanie) and Amanda King (Greg);grandchildren, Kelton, Rylyn and Teagan, Austin and Siena and Aubree and Hailee; sisters, Linda Kinser (Kenny), Lana Anderson (Greg) and abrother, Mike Minnis (Jan).

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. Huber Funeral Home is assisting Leeta’s family with arrangements.
