Lenox Edward Rand, 66, passed away at home on December 8, 2025, surrounded by family.

He was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on March 18, 1959, son of Sam and Rita (Butler) Rand.

Lenox was a 1977 graduate of Millard High School in Millard, NE. Since the age of 17 he had worked in construction and had recently retired as a site supervisor for Milestone Development. He also worked for Ramsey Development and the Weber Group.

Lenox was an active and devoted member of Crossroads Church Tell City where he served as an elder and was an overseer of building/remodeling projects.

He enjoyed swimming, shooting pool, bow hunting, golfing, watching movies and spending time with his family.

Surviving is his wife of 39 years, Robin Rand; children, Sam Rand (Sarah) of Clark Lake, MI and Jesse Rand (Heather) of St. Meinrad; brothers, Bob Rand and Roger Rand (Cathy), both of Osage Beach, MO; sisters, Kathy Linz of Hickory, NC and Patti Trotter of Topeka, KS; grandchildren, Madigan, Lenox, Lila, Melody and Maxwell Rand and Haylie and Jonah Rand and nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM CST at Crossroads Church Tell City, located at 1098 33rd Street, followed by a Celebration of Life at 12:00 PM CST. Pastor Mark Ayers will officiate.

Memorial contributions may be made to Crossroads Church Tell City.
