Leon Huffman

Tell City, Indiana Leon Huffman, 76, passed away May 8, 2014, at Perry County Memorial Hospital. He was born in Richland, Indiana July 24, 1937, son of the late Wyman H. and Nola (Hanes) Huffman. Also preceding him in death were two sons, Stephen and Scott Huffman. A U.S. Navy veteran, Leon retired from Indiana National Guard. He had worked for Tell City Chair Company, Masterbrand, and Wal-Mart where he was a greeter. Wyman enjoyed watching game shows and working crossword puzzles. He is survived by his wife Sharon (Burns) Huffman , Tell City; son, Kevin Huffman, Tell City; sister, Hawania Green, Rockport; four grandchildren, Lori Hammond, Marie, Jessie and Jamie Huffman. There will be no funeral services at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel.
