Linda Kieser

Tell City, Indiana Linda Sue Kieser, 71, passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2011, at Golden Living Center. She was born in Leopold on March 6, 1940. Her parents were the late Waitman ""Jiggs""and Wilma (Ward) Haney. A 1958 graduate of Oil Township High School, Linda was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church and enjoyed quilting, horse racing and going to casinos. She retired as a foreman from Tell City Chair Company. Surviving are her husband, Glen Kieser; son, Dean Flamion (Marolyn), Leopold; step daughter, Karen Wicker (Glenn), Tell City; sister, Betty Ann Jarboe (Billy), Tell City; brother, W. Patrick Haney, Sr. (Jean), Leopold; grandchildren, Kirstie Deaton, Brandon Flamion (Elizabeth Wheeler), Kim LaGrange (Barry), Amity Hensley (Clint), Matt Wicker (Connie) and great grandchildren, Hunter Deaton, Cole Hensley, Makayla Hensley, Noah Wells, Amy LaGrange, Ryan LaGrange, Austin Schaad, Sierra Schaad, Brittany Wicker and Ryan Williamson. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, January 4, 2012, at St. Augustine Catholic Church with burial in St. Augustine Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 until 8:00 PM on Tuesday and from 8:00 until 9:15 AM on Wednesday at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel. Rev. Brian Esarey will officiate. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Augustine Catholic Church.
