Mary Harrison

Tell City, Indiana Mary Emma Harrison, 85, formerly of Perry County, passed away Monday, October 15, 2012 at Fort Worth, Texas. She was born June 29, 1927 in Cannelton, daughter of the late Roy and Leola (Stowe) Harris. Also preceding her in death was her husband Don Harrison, daughter, Sandra Jean Davidson and great-great grandson Cashton. Mary was a 1946 graduate of Cannelton High School, enjoyed traveling and her dog, Patches. She is survived by daughters, Linda Applegate (Dennis), Tell City, Carol Ann Simpson, Washington, Indiana, son, Michael Simpson, Fort Worth, Texas, half- sister, LaVerne Adkinson, Newburgh, 9 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel with burial in New Cliff Cemetery. Bro. Lewis C. Garrett will officiate.Visitation will be from 3:00 until 7:00PM on Friday and from 9:00AM until service time on Saturday. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
