Patricia O'Neal Ball, 84, passed away on August 10, 2025, surrounded by her family, at Springs Valley Meadows in French Lick.

She was born on May 25, 1941, to James and Lilly (Beard) Kellems.

Patricia's life revolved around two things: faith and family. Devoting her life to ministry, Patricia had a strong relationship with God and loved to bring people together in prayer. Her love of travel developed when she and her family visited all over the country to attend revivals. She was particularly fond of Colorado. Spending time with her children and grandchildren meant everything to her.

Surviving are her children, Kathy Daughtery, Clarence Ball, Jr. (Colleen), Jeffery Ball (Ronda), Solomon Ball and Lillie Robbins (Dennis); sisters, Peggy Harrison, Violet Kleaving (Rodney), Janice Sturgeon and Charlene Kellems; brothers, Omar Kellems (Dorothy), Ricky Kellems (Shiela) and David Kellems (Donna); and 24 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Clarence Ball, Sr.; son in law, Ricky Daughtery; a sister, Mary Taylor and brothers, Denny, Russell, Elmer and Jimmy Kellems.

Funeral services will be held at Noon CDT on Friday, August 15, 2025, at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel. Pastor Roger Jarboe will officiate. Burial will follow in Phelps Cemetery in Derby.

Visitation will be on Friday from 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Children's Hospital.
