Sheila Ramsey

Tell City, Indiana Sheila Ann Ramsey, 60, passed away August 4, 2019 at her home. She was born in Beattyville, Kentucky on December 18, 1958 to the late Norman Lance and Wanda (Deaton) Spicer. She is also preceded in death by a brother, Dallas Creech. Surviving is her husband, Mike Ramsey, Cannelton; a son, Mike Ramsey (Mary), Bloomington; sisters, Kathleen Keller of Beattyville, KY, Imogene Friend and Anna May Lance, both of Prim Rose, Ky and Darlene Wasilchenko, Stanton, KY and brothers, Lonnie Lance, Charlie Lance and Donnie Creech, all of Prim Rose, KY. There will be no services.
