William Sandage

Cannelton, Indiana –

William E. Sandage, 78, passed away on July 6, 2024.

He was born in Derby on July 26, 1945, son of Estel and Aloese (Harris) Bolin.

William excelled in sports in high school, especially basketball and track. He enjoyed fishing and playing checkers, euchre and bingo with friends and family.

He is survived by his sons, Ray Parr and Daniel Sandage, half brother, Donald Bolin; several grandchildren and great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death were his parents; sister, Mary Beard; brother, John Sandage; half-sisters, Helen Burns, Ellen Rush and Velma Bolin and a half-brother, Willilam Bolin.

Huber Funeral Home is assisting William’s family with his wishes.
