Zachary Hubert

Tell City, Indiana Zachary Dale Hubert, one year old son of Dale and Tara Hubert, passed away on Sunday, November 21, 2021 at Deaconess Gateway. He was born in Newburgh, Indiana on October 6, 2020. Zachary attended Perry Child Care. He was a happy boy that loved playing with trucks and chasing the family dogs, Diesel and Dodger. Zachary touched the lives of anyone he met and was loved by so many. Surviving are his parents, Dale and Tara (Hammers) Hubert, Tell City; sister, Zoey, at home; grandparents, Mark and Doris (Schaefer) Hammers, Bristow, Brenda (Boom) and Thomas York, Otwell and Lee and Dana Hubert, Magnet; aunts, Laura Payne and "uncle Bubba", Richard, Owensboro, KY and Sierra Hubert, Lewisport, KY. Funeral services will be private. Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel is assisting the family. Memorial contributions may be made to Perry Child Care.
