Zelma Fuchs

Evanston, Indiana Zelma V. Fuchs, 87, passed away November 20, 2019. She was born September 14, 1932 in Perry County, daughter of the late Noah and Zefrie (Nash) Snider. Also preceding her in death was her husband James E. "Jim" Fuchs in 2008 and siblings, Robert and Walter Snyder, Verlee Moseby and Wilma Jones. Zelma retired from Commercial Filters after seventeen years. She enjoyed bowling, flower gardening and being with family. She is survived by daughters; Linda Hedinger (Fred), Lamar and Cindy Miller (Marc), Dothan, Alabama; sons, Dan Fuchs, Evanston and Chris Fuchs (Lois), Houston, Texas; sisters, Eva Wittman, Troy and Eileen Talbott (Darryl), Tell City; grandchildren, Angela Hilgenhold, Nathan Donnelly, Alisha Brown, Isaiah Fuchs, Olivia Gibson, Carson, Marshall and Garrett Fuchs, Adrianne Buckley and Whitney Schalburg and great grandchildren, Ava and Aaron Hilgenhold, Zeke and Eli Donnelly, Lexi and Austin Brown, Mason and Oliver Fuchs, Piper and Nash Buckley. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM CST Monday, November 25, 2019 at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel. Pastor Becky Smith will officiate. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery near Goosetown. Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00-6:00 PM and Monday 9:00-11:00 AM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to River of Life Church in Huntingburg.
