Jeremy Edward Novak, 45, went to be with Jesus, unexpectedly, on March 9, 2022.
He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on March 26, 1976 to George E. and Helen A. (Hamilton) Novak.
Jeremy was a 1994 graduate of Crawford County High School. Since he was a young boy, Jeremy loved to operate heavy equipment. After graduating high school, he was eager to work with his dad at George Novak Bulldozing. Later, Jeremy worked for for D and S Trucking and was currently at Lutgring Brothers, Inc. where he worked as a heavy equipment operator. He was a member of IUOE Local #181.
A man of great faith, Jeremy and his family attended Bethany Christian Church in Princeton, where he enjoyed worshiping with his family. He was very proud of the church community that was being built.
Together, Jeremy and his wife Robyn, built a loving family that he adored and was so proud of. Selfless, he always put God first and then his family. He enjoyed hunting with his son, Reece, four-wheeler riding and home projects.
Surviving is his wife of 26 years, Robyn Novak, Tell City; sons, Trey Novak and his wife, Mekayla, Vincennes and Reece Novak, Tell City; parents, George and Helen Novak, Marengo; brothers, Cory Novak (Ruthann), Fredericksburg and Clint Novak (Sara), Charlestown; in-laws, Jerry and Judy Sanders, Tell City, Tom Sanders (Tammy), Troy and David Sanders (Carol), Lanesville; nieces and nephews, Nikki Parr (Derrick), Dakota Novak (Shaifer), Cruz and Knox Novak, Emily Kessens (Ryan), Stephen (Sarah) Poehlein, Ethan and Colton Sanders and great nieces and nephews, Kaydence and Klaire Poehlein, Gunner and Brantley Parr.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM CDT on Sunday, March 13, 2022 at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel. Jason VanMeter will officiate. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday from 2:00-7:00 PM and on Sunday 11:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
